И могло быть гораздо хуже, потому что полиция, тоже неизвестно почему, снисходительно относится к страшной правокрыльной милиции.

Date: 2020-08-28 12:38 am (UTC)Например, нельзя до 18 лет таскать винтовку по улице. В некоторых штатах open carry вообще запрещена, в некоторых - ограничения по возрасту. Плюс, он - не житель Висконсина. Я не знаю, имеет ли право житель Иллинойса таскать винтовку в Висконсине. Скорее всего - нет. В его случае, до 18 лет, - точно нет.

В 948.60 есть, конечно, 3с но там «or» видимо все таки отделяет винтовки от охотничьих ружей, кои получаются с 16.
